The rock monument, which is there to locate where my ancestors built the 1st log cabin, and were the first settlers in the area. History is being told, as I camp, in a location near, where they used to plant their crops. I could have gone back further, in history, to the Mayflower that deacon Winslow Churchill, is a descendent of William Bradford from the Plymouth plantation. My mom was in the Mayflower society with documents written. I could have gone into that deeper just didn’t have the time to fit it all in.
