Surviving the Lake District is a tale of 5 bikers fighting against the odd traffic jams to experience a slice of riding paradise.
Packed with tents, a cooler full of beer and a BBQ, the journey begins to find a good place to set up camp in the magical surroundings of the Lake District!
Part 3…we roast in 27 degree sun! Smash the bikes down Whinlatter pass and send up the drone. Finally we reach our campsite at Stonethwaite near Keswick but first we have to ride off road through rocks and what looks like an old stream bed…will the Dyna make it!!
Randomly while setting up camp a van drove by and threw out an old sofa for us to use!
BBQ is set up!!! let the good times roll.
The wingman Goose delivered a comfy night sleep.

Goose
BUILT FOR SPEED, COMFORT & DURABILITY
The Goose consists of a fully waterproof 420g rip stop canvas tent, with wing/awning that covers your motorcycle tank & seat to create a porch area for storing your riding gear. Also included is a high-density foam mattress with built in sleeping bag. Instead of a carry bag, there is an exterior waterproof cover that doubles up as an extra 4m2 tarp to sit on or to provide a floor for your porch area.
There is an extra canvas flap on the side that attaches to your motorcycle. This gives you the option of closing the tent completely whilst keeping the awning attached to your motorcycle.
