In this video i join my friend Mark @trickofthetrail on a wet boggy afternoon to go wild camping in bad weather up Bleaklow in the peak district here in the uk.
we both love hiking and backpacking ,and are both keen solo campers ,we enjoy a good storm and both of us enjoy winter camping in bad weather.
On this particular day it was cold and we both had to make sure we had our camping prep in place and had the right camping gear in our backpacks.
This video the focus is adventure ,we talk about the camping gear we have and i show the viewers my backpack weight ,what clothing and tent i bring to deal with any weather eventualities ,including storms, wind ,rain.
my hilleberg soulo is what i choose to bring on this wild camping trip ,solo camping and camping in the rain is my favourite thing to do so the hilleberg soulo is what i usually bring on a camping trip.
I go through my camping gear i bring in my backpack ,this hopefully will help any new people wanting to get started camping in a storm or bad weather so they can stay safe because camping safety is essential on these trips.
