Here it is! Episode 2 of Cowboy Cooking! Today we are making Cowboy Hot Dogs, Cowboy Baked Beans ( See below for original recipe & link), and Mexican Corn! Cowboy Hot Dog Topping:
Grilled onions, peppers, and cilantro
BBQ sauce
Ketchup & Mustard
Mexican Corn:
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup mayo
1/8 tsp chili powder
Juice of half a lime
cilantro
Mix together and spread onto grilled corn.
Roll in Mexican cheese (If you can’t find the kind of Mexican cheese that you can crumble, just use Parmesan)
