This past weekend I went camping with my friends for Canada day and I wanted to share with you what I brought for food. I ate mainly vegetarian on the trip so thats what you’ll see for my meal prep.
PS. most of the meals are IBS friendly!
I also wanted to share with you guys a few ways of how I reduce my waste, especially being so close to Mother Nature it seemed fitting to do my best at not destroying it. Along with the items mentioned, bringing your own food can greatly reduce the amount of packaging wasted!
