Wild camping alone in a coastal pine woods , had my dinner on an empty beach before finding somewhere to camp in the Vango Cairngorm 300 tent.
Weather had forecast heavy rain and thunder through the night, thunder didn’t get too bad but the rain was really heavy at times especially through the night.
There was a lot of gnats and midges but I managed to get through the night without a single bite. The skin so soft did the job 😉👍

Tried something different for tea and really enjoyed it , didn’t see another person whilst there, social distancing at its finest , just me in a beautiful coastal pine forest in the rain, perfect 👌 🌲🌲🌲
I enjoyed a few goose Island IPA’s and tried out my new trekology ul80 sleeping mat and pillow, the most comfortable mat I’ve tried so far.
