Stovetop Macaroni & Cheese
-1 lb Elbow noodle pasta
-6 TBSP Butter
-1/2 cup Flour
-3 cups Milk or cream
-8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-Seasonings. (Salt, pepper, onion powder, ground mustard, etc.)
Slowcooker Chicken Tacos
-5-6 Chicken Breasts
-1 Packet Taco Seasoning
-1.5 cups Salsa
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, Cook on low 6 hours. Shred chicken. Top with all your favorite taco toppings!
**Optional – add 1 cup of your favorite queso at the last hour of cooking!**
Chicken Wraps
-Tyson Blackened Chicken tenders
-Shredded Cheese
-Lettuce
-Bolthouse Farms Honey BBQ Ranch
-Flour Tortillas
Cook chicken in air fryer. 375 for 12 minutes. Chop. Combine with other ingredients into tortilla!
Smashburgers
2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter

Butter Buns
Form ground beef into 8 equal meatballs.
Heat griddle or frying pan to medium heat. Sautee onion in butter. Set aside. Place meatballs on griddle and let sit for 1 minute. “Smash” meatballs to desired thickness. Serve on toasted Butter Buns.
Cook pasta according to package. In large pot, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Pour in milk and continuously whisk. Keep whisking until mixture thickens. Add in cheese. When noodles are al dente’, drain and pour into cheese sauce.
