Dappled light, mosquitoes and sunny weather. Still cold in the evenings, but we finally had a break from the constant rainy weather and storms. I really love this forest, most trees are mature and massively tall as you can see in the first part of the video, I had an excellent time in this camp, about 1km from a small river, so water wasn’t an issue and dead wood everywhere for the campfire. I made a basic and simple campfire meal that has made my top list of favorites, it’s decadent and delicious at the same time. Try it and let me know what you think.
